This activity, from Hagerstown Community College, teaches students about small organisms. Students use hand lenses and dissecting microscopes to examine whatever small organisms are available to the class, and then draw, identify, and present their findings to their class. The lesson includes activity directions as well as two variations of an activity worksheet for students in middle and elementary school.
